Workshop: Private Equity and Distressed Companies

Dear Students,

next week we will welcome Miguel Lucas, Managing Partner at OxyCapital, at Nova. He will give a workshop on private equity with special focus on distressed companies.

Mr. Lucas previously worked as a Director at McKinsey, led several restructuring projects and accomplished the turnaround of six family-owned companies. OxyCapital is a private equity fund based in Lisbon and fully employee owned. The firm currently manages a EUR 360 million corporate restructuring fund with a team of 14 professionals, 7 of which alumni of Nova.

The session will take place on Friday, 8th of March, at 3:00pm in room A120.
