On Friday, November 29th, the Nova Investment Club had the privilege of visiting BNP Paribas for the first time, including an exclusive tour of Portugal’s largest trading floor. This visit provided an exceptional opportunity to observe the dynamic environment of BNP Paribas’ Global Markets division.

We started with a warm welcome from the BNP Paribas team, followed by an engaging presentation about the bank and the GMFO department. Touring the trading floor was an absolute highlight, offering us a glimpse into the daily work. The day concluded with an invaluable networking session, where our members had the opportunity to connect directly with professionals from various teams, including Sales, Trading, Macro Analysts, and others and ask insightful questions over coffee.
