Our Structure

The club has two core divisions, the Financial Markets and the Investment Banking Division.
In the Financial Markets Division, we screen recent market trends across all asset classes and publish investment proposals for a virtual portfolio every month.
The Investment Banking Division covers current M&A deals and sheds light on fundamentals, valuation issues and the latest industry news.
Both divisions interact in regular meetings to allow for comprehensive analyses and the development of shared opinions which are subsequently published in our monthly newsletter.

Our Vision

As members of Nova Investment Club, we share the vision of getting students acquainted with financial markets and the field of corporate finance by creating, sharing, and promoting financial knowledge at Nova School of Business and Economics; hence establishing a sense of unity and solidarity that we will pass on from class to class.

Our Mission & Objectives

Nova Investment Club was created in 2010 and is entirely run by students from the Master in Finance Program of Nova School of Business and Economics. Joint enthusiasm for topics out of the world of Finance as well as curiosity about recent developments in financial markets drive us and guide our actions.
We engage in several activities on and off campus, always with the aim of linking academics to the professional environment.
